Andrzej Golonko – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, continued studies at the Technical University of Munich and the Bundeswhera University in Neubiberg. He has been professionally involved in the industry of IT and electronic technologies since 1984, author of many patents in then field of measuring methods and electronics. He gained his professional experience in Unitra, at the Ministry of Health’s Medical Technique Center, and in Adcomp GmbH, an IT and software distributor.
Since 1992 he was employed at Microsoft Poland where he was in charge of marketing, managing sales channels and the cooperation with the local partners. In 2000 he was appointed president of the board at ICL Poland. At WB Electronics he is responsible for foreign business development. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2010.
Jakub Janicki – Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Jakub Janicki has been a member of the Supervisory Board since April 16 2019. Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and of the CEMS Master in International Management, since 2016 he has been employed at the Polish Development Fund, where he subsequently held the position of the manager and the senior manager. In years 2011-2015 he worked for the Kulczyk Investment Group. Before, he has gained experience working for the CAG Investment Boutique in 2008-2011 and the PIMCO Fund in Munich in 2006-2007. Jakub Janicki is employed at the Polish Development Fund.
Anita Bartosiewicz – Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University in Warsaw, where she lectured at the Department of Toxicology. She has worked in Schwarz Pharma, where she respectively held the position of Regulatory Affair and Business Director, as well as Regulatory, Production, Medical Affairs and Business Development Director. Member of the Supervisory Board since 2010.
Mateusz Buzuk – Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Faculty Of Law And Administration at the Warsaw University. In years 2008-2010 he worked at the Chajec, Don Siemion and Żyto law firm. In 2011 he was employed at the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. An expert in the implementation and transfer of technologies, he was responsible for i.a. implementation of the LTE data transfer services in Poland. He has been with WB Electronics since 2011, member of the Supervisory Board since 2017.
Olga Wojciechowska – Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Computer Science University of St. Andrews (two faculties: Computer science and economics). She completed both master’s degree and PHD at the University of Warwick, where she specialized in mathematical model and statistical analysis of the internet auctions. She is an expert in machine learning. She lectured and the University of Warwick for four years. She is also experienced in management and private equity investments. Member of the Supervisory Board since 2018.
Marek Roszkowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the CFA charterholder. Since 2020 he has been employed at the Polish Development Fund (PFR), where he serves as a Senior Investment Manager. From 2013 to 2020 he worked at Highlander Partners and ARX Equity Partners, private equity funds operating in the CEE region. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked at the investment boutique FIDEA Corporate Finance, and prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, in the business advisory practice of Ernst & Young. Member of the Supervisory Board since 2024.
